We all know the difficulties that come with traveling with our dog. In this sense, each country has its own regulations regarding the entry of tourists with animals, although the requirement of certificates on the health of the animal is common in all of them. However, there are always places where our dogs are allowed. Today we are talking about one of them: Playa del Perro, in Brazil.

There are people who find it uncomfortable to have animals around, and consider that pets (especially dogs) should not be in the same place as children, families, and those who want to have the maximum hygiene, and have a vision wrong of the dogs.

When it comes to accommodation, there are places that allow pets and others that do not. It is therefore necessary to confirm this point when making the reservation, and request information on the regulations in force, if there are supplements to pay for accommodation, etc.

Tips for the beach

Among the tips to enjoy our dog on the beach is the use of umbrellas, so we will ensure that our friend does not have a heat stroke, and end up at the veterinary clinic. If you also have an antiparasitic collar, we must remove it before stepping on the sand of the beach, because if it gets wet it will lose all its effect.

One of the most important things to take to the beach, and that your pet will play with is water. In this way, we will avoid that the animal has a heatstroke and can endure time playing and running. It only remains to also bring the toy that our friend likes the most and we will spend time with him running and playing.

If you fear that your dog is a little aggressive towards other dogs, you should know that on the beach he usually changes his behavior. On the beach, the dogs transform and are much friendlier to each other, because they feel the need to play, run and bark freely.

After bathing and playing, a good bath at home with drinking water and brushing is essential to remove sand and salt from the seawater. In this way, there will be no itching or allergy on the skin. Although we arrive from the beach without wanting to start this task… it is worth doing.
